Welcome to The Cycle Breaker Blog!
Are you tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns and cycles in your life? Are you ready to break free from the patterns of dysfunction and trauma that have been passed down through generations in your family? Are you determined to break the chains of abuse and live a healthier, more joyful life? If so, then The Cycle Breaker Blog is for you.
What is the Cycle Breaker Blog?
The Cycle Breaker Blog focuses on providing insights and resources to help you break free from generational cycles. This blog covers a wide range of topics, including how to navigate relationships with narcissistic parents, partners, and family members, as well as how to break dysfunctional cycles of trauma related to addiction, anxiety and depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
The cycle breaker blog is written by me, an anonymous 25-year-old woman who is the child of a narcissistic mother. As a result of growing up with a narcissistic parent, I have developed and been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD (aka C-PTSD).
I love to write, and am a passionate storyteller. I am determined to create a silver lining to my story, so I created this blog as a community for other generational cycle breakers, and as a safe place to process the abuse you might have experienced. I also continue to heal myself as I write and create, so you can be sure that you are not alone in the process – we are in this together.
If what I’ve learned can be a blessing to just one other person, then I know I’ll have completed my life’s purpose.
I am dedicated to providing you with the most up-to-date information and practical tips for breaking free from these cycles. I believe that everyone has the power to create positive change in their lives, and I am committed to helping you harness that power.
